There’s nothing quite like treating yourself to food that just makes you feel good and fuels your body from the inside out.

Owner and Founder, Courtney started her journey back in 2014 after completing a Bachelor in Exercise Sport Science and working as a Personal Trainer before realising her passion was for food and nutrition. After looking into studying a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics, she started Raw Galore in her family’s home kitchen and started supplying a local cafe where she grew up.

After being frustrated with the lack of healthy treats available and being a big dessert lover, Courtney started creating desserts and treats that not only taste absolutely mouth-watering but fuel your body with the wholesome nutrients it needs to live a happy, healthy lifestyle. One thing lead to another and the word around Melbourne spread and within 2 years she had moved from her home kitchen to our current location in Bentleigh East.

The Bentleigh East journey started with just a small production kitchen where we created our products and supplied cafes all over Melbourne. After the first 6 months we opened to the general public and offered them a taste of our delicious raw treats. The business continued to grow and the locals were loving the healthy delicious food Raw Galore had to offer and so we introduced a small menu with Acai Bowls and Smoothies.

Over the last few years Raw Galore has continued to develop and our menu now consists of a large range of Acai Bowls, Smoothies and Savoury warm food such as Jaffles, Nachos etc with the help of Courtney’s partner Conrad who has much experience in the industry. This lead to opening a second site in Brighton in early 2021. Our Brighton location offers more of a dine in space with a beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy your Acai Bowl in the sun whilst serving up delicious ST Ali Coffee.
